Purchase record of a Rolex Daytona replica by a customer from the United States
This purchase was made during the period of China–US trade tensions, when U.S. customs inspections on shipments from China were particularly strict. The courier we used at that time was UPS. After the parcel arrived in the United States, delivery was unsuccessful due to the customer’s residential address situation. Coincidentally, the customer was traveling in Europe and tried multiple times to contact the courier company without success. In the end, the parcel was treated as unclaimed and the customer did not receive it. During this time, we communicated with both the courier company and the customer. After discussions, we voluntarily took responsibility for the lost shipment and resent the watch to the customer. The matter was ultimately resolved successfully. What we want to express is that although we have never met our customers in person and may never meet them in our lifetime, as a responsible seller, once the goods are shipped but have not reached the buyer, we will always bear the risk of loss.
