Likewise, the replacement shipment also reached the customer in about 10 days, resolving the issue completely. After this incident, the buyer developed full trust in us and continued to place multiple orders for our products.
Regarding the tax number, we recommend that buyers from EU countries provide it whenever possible, so that we can use safer and faster shipping services.
