Explanation of Shipping Fee Adjustment During the U.S.-China Tariff Dispute
The temporary shipping fee adjustment applies only to express parcels sent to the United States. Due to the recent tariff friction between China and the U.S., the taxes on goods shipped to the U.S. have increased. In addition, shipments from China to the U.S. must go through designated companies to pass through U.S. customs. Chinese courier companies such as China Post have been subject to restrictions. Well-known international couriers such as UPS and DHL do not accept branded goods and their shipping costs are relatively high.
In order to keep shipping costs as low as possible while ensuring the safety of your goods, we have to rely on freight forwarding agents to handle deliveries. Once the goods are shipped and arrive in the U.S., customers can track their packages using the tracking number we provide. Delivery will still be made directly to your doorstep.
We make a firm commitment to ensure the safe delivery of your items. In the event of loss or other issues, we will resend the goods at no additional cost.
We have increased the shipping fee for deliveries to the U.S. from USD 35 to USD 55 (we are already subsidizing part of this cost). We deeply regret and apologize for this adjustment, but we still hope our customers in the U.S. are satisfied with our products. If shipping fees return to the original rate in the future, we will announce it immediately. Thank you very much for continuing to choose us despite the increased shopping costs. We wish you a pleasant shopping experience.
